今天的南方都市报之南都奥运采访了(附录零)美国进军2008年奥运会的田径领队李犁(见附录一),值得品味。
李犁指出,“中国田径的问题是人的问题”。一言以蔽之,“累”。累在大运动量。
成都商报的采访指出,李犁的训练与大多数美国教练的训练方式差不多,时间不长但强度很大。
这也是刘翔的训练方式。
当然,也是我们从内稳态角度研究结果所推荐的方式。关于这个结果,我们将在第六屆華人運動生理與體適能學者學會(附录三)上报告。附件是报告的摘要。

Sport-Specific Homeostasis

Homeostasis is the maintenance of a steady state. There are homeostatic phenomena in sports training such as the plateau in variable dose-response relationship between exercise training and performance, the stable principal components in elite swimmers’ urine metabonomics and an ultrastructural study on delayed-onset muscle soreness. In this paper, the homeostasis in sports training was supposed to be sport-specific so that it is called sport-specific homeostasis (SSH), and the SSH hypothesis was supported by our recent metabonomic studies on elite swimmers’ urine and our reviewing training adaptation, tapering, reduced training , detraining and calorie restriction. According to the SSH hypothesis, athletes’ physiological systems might be classified as SSH-specific systems (SSSs) such as SSH-specific skeletal muscular system, oxidative - antioxidative system (OAS), cardiovascular system and so forth, and non-SSSs (NSSs) such as autonomic nervous systems (ANS), circadian system, psychological system and so on. The quality of SSS homeostasis represents performance level. The higher the quality of SSS homeostasis, the higher the performance level. The more NSSs in homeostasis, the more improved the sport performance. Athletes’ training might be also classified into two kinds, the extraordinary training (ET) to establish the SSS homeostasis of higher quality by destroying the former SSS homeostasis, and the ordinary training (OT) such as tapering or reduced training to maintain SSS homeostasis, and to establish and maintain NSS homeostasis. The training period should be ET1 - OT1 - ET2 - OT2 -…- OTn - competition. The competition might be just a special OT. ET induced immune suppression might be due to stress, and OT induced immune suppression of elite athletes might be due to the low reactive oxygen species level maintaining by OAS homeostasis. There is a few of additional nutrition supplementations promoting ET induced establishment of SSS homeostasis, but there is few of additional nutrition supplementation promoting OT induced establishment of NSS homeostasis. Photobiomodulation might promote the ET induced establishment of SSS homeostasis or the OT induced establishment of NSS homeostasis. The vision-mediated color effects might rehabilitate ANS homeostasis. The brain-mediated meditation might rehabilitate the homeostasis of NSSs. All these results have been supported or partly supported, which further supports SSH hypothesis. Obviously, the SSH hypothesis is of important use in sports science, and should be further verified.
