内稳态训练理论:20080401: 君臣佐使训练法

道德构建

道德显然不是项目内稳态(SSH)所必须的,但确实对SSH的建立和维持有深层的影响。

道德的根基在于人类彼此“感同身受”的现象(附录一和附件),从某种程度上来说可以用耳儒目染来翻译。运动员的道德建构来自于家庭和教练。遗憾的是,我国家庭普遍存在教育缺失(有人生,没人养),一些教练员的道德修养也比较欠缺(首先表现的是对运动员的人权践踏)。一些优秀运动员因为道德方面的冲突而不得不退役。一个杰出的运动员背后一定有一个杰出的教练,就像Phil Jackson 和Michael Jordan的关系(附录二)。

一切道德行为在大脑功能影像上都有反映(附件),可以人为道德对SSH的影响是通过神经系统起作用的。尤其是在抗疲劳方面。TD Noakes等人的研究发现(附录三),疲劳存在生理极限和心理极限,心理极限离生理极限越近,运动员抗疲劳的能力越强。道德是心理极限设定的影响因素之一。

道德建构于神经系统,与文化习得存在共同演化关系(附件)。运动员封闭于体校的训练严重阻碍了文化学习,当然对SSH建立所需要的道德建构存在严重的影响(附录四)。

       人类与其他动物不一样的重要特征之一,就是人类有高度发达的道德观念体系,这是一种辨别好与坏、对与错的意识。

  我们很难给道德下定义,但却能很快学会。比如,一个儿童能明白上课吃东西是不对的,因为这是老师教的。可要是老师让孩子把同学推倒,孩子却不会照办。在吃东西和推人这两个案例中,都有人在教导孩子。不同的是,拒绝推人似乎是孩子天生就有的道德观,所以即便老师允许,孩子也不会去做。

  那么,道德感究竟从何而来?为什么我们不能始终严格地“以德行事”?科学家们目前还找不到答案,但大脑扫描、行为研究以及社会调查等方法为此提供了一点线索。道德的根基在于人类彼此“感同身受”的现象。

  通常的情况是,人倾向于帮助近的人,而不会帮助远的,因为近的人让你“感同身受”,远的却不能或不深刻。所以当人处在脱离日常族群的环境中,或者面对自己社交群体以外的人或事时,就容易越轨。

先前看茅鹏先生的一元训练理论,说人体有序状态的调整和发展,是训练致使运动能力进步的原因。运动能力存在于人体有状态本身。我觉得刘老师说的内稳态理论是不也是这个理。

2007年8月31日参加世锦赛

7月26日从上海非北京参加封闭训练。孙海平第一次将刘翔的手机和电脑没收。

开赛前9天发高烧,打点滴5天,正常训练中断。

世锦赛成绩 12"95。

以上内容摘自《南方都市报》2008年1月1日B6版。解读以上训练日记,可以说刘翔的训练仍然存在问题。

尽管孙海平声称刘翔的训练是大强度小运动量训练,但运动量仍然偏大,导致刘翔很累,5天的中止训练,反而帮刘翔获得了仅次于纽约锐步大奖赛(12"92)的当年好成绩。

5天中止训练帮刘翔恢复了疲劳,但打乱了运动的生物节律,还可能有其他因素没有达到内稳态的要求,依然获得了很好的成绩,说明刘翔成绩的提高还有很大的空间,孙海平的训练方案还有很大的改进空间。

茅鹏先生的一元训练理论主要是理性思考,或者说是抽象的系统训练理论。他从系统科学的方法论出发,结合训练问题讨论,而刘老师的内稳态训练理论则是从系统生命科学的角度出发,更具备科学研究的思路,这种思路区别与传统的还原论,又不同与整体论,而是介于还原与整体之间的系统生命科学思想。内稳态训练理论是一个很简单但是很复杂的过程。简单是因为道理很简单,复杂是因为细节很复杂。拙见!

Homeostatic Training and Its applications

Homeostasis is one of the most remarkable and most typical properties of highly complex open systems. A homeostatic system (an industrial firm, a large organization, or a cell) is an open system that maintains its structure and functions by means of a multiplicity of dynamic equilibriums rigorously controlled by interdependent regulation mechanisms. Such a system reacts to every change in the environment, or to every random disturbance, through a series of modifications of equal size and opposite direction to those that created the disturbance. The goal of these modifications is to maintain the internal balances.

* *Is there sport-specific homeostasis ?*

There are homeostatic phenomena in sports training such as the plateau in variable dose-response relationship between exercise training and performance, the stable principal components in elite swimmers’ urine metabonomics and an ultrastructural study on delayed-onset muscle soreness (DOMS). The homeostasis in sports training was supposed to be sport-specific so that it is called sport-specific homeostasis (SSH), and the SSH hypothesis was supported by our recent metabonomic studies on elite swimmers’ urine and our reviewing training adaptation, tapering, reduced training , detraining and calorie restriction.

Athletes’ physiological systems might be classified as SSH-essential system (SES) which includes SSH-essential skeletal muscular subsystem, SSH-essential energy supply subsystem, SSH-essential neurological subsystem, SSH-essential oxidative-antioxidative subsystem (OAS), and so forth, and SSH-non-essential system (SNS) which includes SSH-non-sential skeletal muscular subsystem, SSH-non-essential energy supply subsystem, SSH-non-essential neurological subsystem, SSH-non-essential OAS, autonomic nervous systems (ANS), circadian system, psychological system and so on. The quality of SES homeostasis (SESH) represents sport capacity. The higher the quality of SESH, the higher the performance level. The quality of SNS homeostasis (SNSH) represents sport performance. For the given SESH, the higher the quality of SNSH, the more improved the sport performance.

Athletes’ training might be classified into two kinds, the sport extraordinary training (SET) such as DOMS to establish the SESH of higher quality by destroying the former SESH of lower quality, and the sport ordinary training (SOT) such as tapering or reduced training to maintain SESH, and to establish and maintain SNSH. The training ladder should be SET1-SOT1-SET2-SOT2-…-SOTn-competition. The competition might be just a special SOT.

* *Is there job-specific homeostasis ?*

The homeostasis in work was supposed to be job-specific so that it is called job-specific homeostasis (JSH). The elite persons such as the record breakers of Guinness World Records might be of JSH of high quality.#
Persons' physiological systems might be classified as JSH-essential system (JES) which includes JSH-essential skeletal muscular subsystem, JSH-essential energy supply subsystem, JSH-essential neurological subsystem, JSH-essential OAS, and so forth, and JSH-non-essential system (JNS) which includes JSH-non-sential skeletal muscular subsystem, JSH-non-essential energy supply subsystem, JSH-non-essential neurological subsystem, JSH-non-essential OAS, autonomic nervous systems (ANS), circadian system, psychological system and so on. The quality of JES homeostasis (JESH) represents work capacity. The higher the quality of JESH, the higher the work level. The quality of JNS homeostasis (JNSH) represents work performance. For the given JESH, the higher the quality of JNSH, the more improved the work performance. #
Job training might be also classified into two kinds, the job extraordinary training (JET) to establish the JESH of higher quality by destroying the former JESH of lower quality, and the job ordinary training (JOT) to maintain JESH, and to establish and maintain SNSH. The training ladder should be JET1-JOT1-JET2-JOT2-…-JETn-JOTn-….#
SET and SOT hasve been widely studied, the rules of which might apply for JET and JOT.

* *How many kinds of homeostasis are there simultaneously for a person ? and how big the difference between them is there?*

An elite part-time athlete might have at least two kinds of homeostasis, one SSH and one JSH. A record breaker of a Guinness World Record might have least two kinds of JSH, one full-time JSH and one part-time JSH.#
If the  two or more SSH-specific systems  were so similar that they can be integrated into a system in homeostasis, the corresponding sports might be called a sports group, and the corresponding homeostasis might be called sports-group-specific homeostasis (SGSH). The athlete in the SGSH  might be simultaniously elite  in two or more sports.  For example, Ian Thorpe has been champions in swimming both in 200 and 400m, and Michael Phelps has been swimming champions in 100, 200 and 400m.

* *How does homeostasis evolve in human life ?*

The quality of homeostasis is becoming higher in developing and lower in ageing. The age when the homeostasis is of highest quality is defined as optimum age, _h_. The most possible life-span, _y_, of a person might be _y=2h+1_ if the developing and the ageing are supposed to be symmetric. In other words, the higher the quality of the homeostasis at the optimum age, the longer the life-span. #
A system in homeostasis reacts to every change in the environment, or to every random disturbance, through a series of modifications of equal size and opposite direction to those that created the disturbance. The higher the quality of the homeostasis, the stronger the disturbance resistance. Therefore, the longer the life-span, the stronger the disturbance resistance, and then the stronger the capacity of the chronic disease prevention, which might be the cause of  “two sides of the same coin, ageing and disease”: http://www.nature.com/news/2007/ ... l?q=2#last-comment. #
For example, It has been observed that world class male athletes have increased life expectancy of [Sarna S, _et al_.  Med Sci Sports Exerc. 1993 Feb;25(2):237-44.], and elite athletes from most sports disciplines have lower overall morbidity risk and enjoy better self-rated health in later years compared with the general population and matched controls who were healthy at young age chronic disease prevention [Kujala UM, _et al_. Sports Med. 2003;33(8):553-61.]

* * Does preconditioning such as dietary restriction and hypoxia enhance the quality of homeostasis?*

Preconditioning by sublethal stress can protect a biosystem from subsequent injury. That which does not kill you makes you stronger. In other words, preconditioning might enhance the quality of homeostasis of the related systems. For example, dietary restriction or hypoxia might enhance the quality of homeostasis of energy supply system.

* *Might SOT or JOT be a therapeutic approach except in rehabilitation medicine or as a approaches to deplete superfluous nutrition absorption?*

Balancing the food one eats with physical activity is one of dietary guidelines (http://www.cdc.gov/mmwr/preview/mmwrhtml/00042446.htm). In other words, there might be SSH or JSH specific nutrition absorption. If the superfluous nutrition absorption might destroy SSH or JSH, SOT or JOT might be needed to deplete it so that SSH or JSH can be rehabilitated. In other cases except in rehabilitation medicine, SOT or JOT might not be a therapeutic approach although SET or JET might be a therapeutic approach because it can enhance homeostasis quality.

竞技运动与游戏

竞技运动的训练建立项目内稳态(SSH)。游戏的学习建立游戏内稳态(JSH)。两者的必需系统和非必需系统不同,但要享受其中只能以内稳态的建立为前提。因此,从内稳态的角度来看,竞技运动与游戏没有区别。
